Holiday Happy
I have to say I’m not much of a cocktail beverage type gal, BUT the other night our family went out for a little holiday celebration. My husband ordered what the restaurant had named “The Godfather”. Although most Godfather drinks consist of whiskey and amaretto, this yummy drink did not.
A little bit of research and a trip to the liquor store left my hubby in the kitchen creating this delicious holiday cocktail!
Pineapple Rum Punch AKA The Cindy LOU Drink….my husband named it after me. 🙂
Pineapple Juice
Orange Juice
Grenadine Cherries
Malibu Coconut Rum
Captain Morgan Spiced Rum
Have kiddos? Don’t want to leave them out? Turn this cocktail into a delicious Mocktail by substituting the Rum for Ginger ale or club soda.
I think what made this cocktail even better was the pretty holiday glass it was served in! Just perfect for the holidays! I received mine as a gift so I’m not quite sure where it was from, BUT I found these pretty confetti plastic glasses on amazon. They are perfect as they are, but if you are crafty and have a Cricut at home I might add my own words to the front. Click on the link below to check them out! And if you happen to be addicted to cute, themed wine glasses check out the designer wine glasses listed below! Wow, there are 88 different options!
These are just a few that I came across! My parents are big campers. Always have been. They own their own RV and spend summers vacationing in NY. I think I just found their next gift!
