    Mini Quotes

The links above contain affiliate links. If you are interested in trying these out for yourself, they are super fun to make! All you need are mini canvas’ (I prefer the flat one’s vs the inch think canvas, but you could use either), mini easel stands because personally I think this makes all the difference in how they are displayed, and of course vinyl paper of your choice. OH, don’t forget to lightly coat your vinyl with mod-podge so they viny won’t peel. My kiddos don’t know this yet, but I SO plan on placing these throughout their dorm rooms when they go to college and changing them out each…

    Tassel Tree

Are you looking for a holiday project to do with friends, your family, or just to spend a craft evening by yourself? This was one of my favorite evening projects this year. I found this great blog on Wilshire Collections by Stacey Collins. She does a great job breaking down how to actually make the tassels for this holiday tree. Obviously, I tweaked mine a bit by adding it (using my glue gun) to the front of a picture frame. I began by adding colored cardstock in my picture frame and choosing a yarn color choice that complimented that color. I chose a wine/burgundy cardstock (listed below) and a simple…

    “Cutesy” Home Signs

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the way these cute little signs turned out! Circuit and I did some crafting this week and this was the project of the week! I purchased some wood slices that you can purchase below by clicking on my links. There as so many to choose from, but I like to buy an assortment of wood. Some with holes in the top for hanging, and others without. I usually purchase mine to be about 3.5-4 inches wide that way I have enough room for adding designs. If you do try this out at home, be sure to carefully apply a thin coat of mod-podge over the top of…

    Wooden Holiday Tags

These holiday tags have so many uses! Add them to a gift, hang them on a tree, or add to a wreath! These are just a few useful options. I love the way they pull a gift together. This is a great craft idea for any holiday. You can purchase the wood slices on amazon by clicking on the link below. There are many options for wood slices, but I like the size of the following 3.1-3/5 inches AND they have holes in the top which makes crafting easy! The following pack is a pack of 29 for $9.99! wood slices beads…..Again, so many options but I like the color…

    Sweet Summer

My husband bought me a subscription to FAB, FIT, FUN about a year ago and one of my surprises was this super fun bag! I fell in love with the color! Although it was a popping pink, it was just that. Without design. I wanted something more! I went to work designing the front of my bag using my Cricut Maker and VIOLA this is what I came up with! I KINDA have a thing for pineapples this summer! I bought this machine around Christmas time and have had SO much fun with it! If you like to craft this is a must have. The possibilities are endless! If you…

    Hello Winter

All you need for this project is wood cut into 6″by6″ pieces. I used a 2″ by 6″ piece of wood that we had laying around in our garage and cut it into squares or 6″ by 6″ pieces. I painted the front white with acrylic paint from Hobby Lobby and then cut out “hello winter” with my handy dandy silhouette machine from Joann’s! Viola! That was it!
